
John Horn is Director for Los Angeles-based FORUM Dispute Management, the mediation affiliate of the National Arbitration Forum (FORUM). Mr. Horn manages nationwide mediation efforts and maintains specialized panels comprised of trained and experienced ADR neutrals, such as the Construction and Real Estate Panel.
John received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his undergraduate degree from the University of California—Berkeley. He serves on multiple committees of the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA, is an Executive Committee board member on the California Dispute Resolution Council Board of Directors, is currently Treasurer of the Loyola Law School Alumni Board, and participates in activities of numerous bar and ADR-related organizations.
John has a long history of activity and involvement in the ADR industry as an educator, administrator and neutral. For the past eight years he has taught Dispute Resolution as an adjunct Professor at the Loyola Law School. A frequent commentator and lecturer on various ADR subjects, he has been quoted and/or profiled in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily Journal.
