Mark Fellows is Legal Counsel and Manager of Legal Research and Education at Forthright, where the majority of his work is done on behalf of the National Arbitration Forum (FORUM). He is editor of the National Arbitration Forum's ADR Law & Policy Update, and ADR Monitor newsletters, and authors articles on various ADR-related topics.
Mark received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Dispute Resolution and Business Law Sections.
