Legal Counsel and Manager of Legal Research and Education Mark Fellows, who is attending the conference with Professor Roger Haydock and John Horn on behalf of the FORUM, will be live blogging from the 10th annual conference that is scheduled Thursday-Saturday, April 3-5, 2008 at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel and Towers.
The National Arbitration Forum is sponsoring and speaking at the conference, as well. The FORUM’s Managing Director Prof. Roger Haydock will speak at a Thursday Concurrent Session called The Neutral Zone or the Twilight Zone: Mapping the Parameters of Arbitral Authority, along with Nancy Nelson of the International Institute of Conflict Prevention Resolution and Kendall C. Reed of Monroe & Zinder, P.C.
