Celebrate the National Arbitration Forum Blog's 4th Birthday

Four years—yippee! It's our birthday, so let's review some of the kind words that have been said about us over the past year:

Diane Levin called us "nice folks" in this October 19th comment and said, "I have always been grateful to you over the years for your collegiality and your support for fellow bloggers like me" in this June 22nd comment.

Diane even thanked us for "always serving as such a great resource on all things ADR." Thank you Diane!

Keith Ecker reviewed the blog in the January InsideCounsel and determined that, "Legal blogs have become as commonplace as lawsuits. A quick Google search for 'litigation blog' or 'employment law blog' will bring up thousands of hits. But there’s still one realm that’s fairly untapped—arbitration. The National Arbitration Forum Blog fills this void and has been doing so since November 2004."

Rose Maria Mansor said, "Your blog provides a lot of useful tips on negotiations skills" in her October 10th remark.

Now help us celebrate!

Here are some of the most talked about posts from the last year. Please let us know, via comment here or on your blog, if you appreciated or enjoyed a particular post—even if it is not on the list.

Our personal favorite would have to be the one that was featured in the Fourth of July themed Blawg Review. Thanks to attorney Jon Friedman for including our post that addressed the concern that Americans, except for the extremely wealthy, are increasingly denied access to the courts.

You are so very welcome. National Arbitration Forum Blog is a valued member of the ADR blogosphere and a supportive friend and neighbor in our corner of cyberspace. Congratulations on an impressive milestone -- on the internet, where things happen fast and change comes instantly, 4 years is practically the cyber equivalent of a century! Happy birthday -- and here's to many more. Best wishes from a fellow blogger!
