Lawyers in Pakistan say they would like to see a more efficient civil justice system, and are discussing the expansion of court alternatives, via pro-ADR legislation, as one solution.
Local bar secretary Rana Asadullah Khan explained, in this DailyTimes.com article, that some forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration, allow for the preservation of business relations and the confidentiality of parties. In addition, ADR paves the way for speedy resolution.

It is correct that ADR paves the way for speedy resolution than going to the Courts.
